Sanzida Khan is a highly accomplished legal professional and a Senior Associate at Jafar Khan Associates, bringing over a decade of experience in litigation and legal consultancy. She was enrolled as an advocate at the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2012 and also became a member of Dhaka Bar Association. Thereafter in 2017, she received permission to practice in the High Court Division in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Over the several years, Sanzida Khan has built a distinguished career marked by dedication, excellence, and a deep understanding of legal principles. Sanzida joined Jafar Khan Associates in 2012 and remained an integral part of the firm until 2021 before relocating to the United Kingdom. Throughout her tenure at the firm, she has been handling client matters, particularly in the areas of criminal law, civil law, writ petitions, business and company law, family law, labor and employment law, property law, and matters related to wills and probate. Throughout her  legal practice, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage complex legal proceedings, engage in client advisory services, and present cases before the courts effectively.
 
Ms Khan completed her LLB (Hons) and LLM from University of Dhaka. She moved to the UK at the end of 2021 and completed an LLM in International Business Law from BPP University, a renowned university in the United Kingdom. After receiving her Masters from the UK, she worked in prominent solicitors’ firms to strengthen her knowledge about the UK legal system. Currently, Sanzida Khan serves as the Director of Sanz Legal Services Ltd. Her company Sanz Legal Services provides paralegal and legal services to individual clients, solicitors and barristers in the UK.

Rehana Parveen is an experienced legal practitioner with extensive exposure to both the High Court Division and Dhaka Judge Court. She began her career in 2012 at the Dhaka Judge Court, during this period, she developed strong expertise in civil and criminal litigation, client advisory work, legal drafting, and courtroom advocacy.

Following her enrolment in the High Court Division in 2017 and subsequent membership in 2018, Rehana continued to expand her practice. Her practice at the High Court has focused on criminal appeals, civil revision matters, bail petitions, motion hearings, writ petitions, and research-based legal drafting. She has also regularly assisted senior counsel with complex appellate matters.

Rehana has completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop conducted by the Bangladesh Bar Council in collaboration with the Australian Bar Association. Her strengths include strong analytical ability, excellent drafting skills, effective communication, and the capacity to work under pressure with professionalism and dedication.

She holds an LLB from Dhanmondi Law College and an academic background in History with BA (Hons) and MA degrees from the University of Dhaka. Rehana brings to the firm a disciplined work ethic, sound judgment, and a client-focused approach to litigation and legal advisory services.

Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Hira is an associate at Jafar Khan Associates. He is a dedicated legal professional with a solid academic foundation and diverse legal expertise to the firm. He holds an LL.B from National University and an LL.M from Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology. In addition to his legal education, he has a B.Com (Hon’s) and an M.Com in Accounting from Jagannath University, equipping him with a solid understanding of financial and corporate matters.

As a practicing advocate, he has been a Member of the Supreme Court Bar Association since 2022 , a Member of the Dhaka Bar Association since 2014, and a Member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association since 2015. His memberships reflect his strong professional presence in both litigation and tax law.

Tanzila Kayum Shanta is a dedicated legal practitioner and an Associate at Jafar Khan Associates, with a robust practice before the Honourable Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She brings extensive experience in corporate, civil, criminal, and tax law, having previously worked with several leading corporate law firms in Bangladesh.

She enrolled as an Advocate of the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2018 and subsequently became a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar in 2020. In 2022, she obtained permission to practise in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She is also an active member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Dhaka Bar Association, and Dhaka Taxes Bar Association.

Tanzila’s practice spans a wide range of legal areas, including civil and criminal litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, company law matters, tax law, and advisory work on various corporate transactions. She has significant experience in handling company litigation, Artha Rin matters, NI Act cases, and other commercial disputes. Her expertise extends to legal drafting across company law, intellectual property law, civil law, and criminal law.

She completed her LL.B (Hons) and LL.M from Northern University Bangladesh. Tanzila is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, exploring diverse areas of law to enhance her skills in both litigation and legal drafting. Her analytical ability, dedication, and well-rounded legal expertise make her a valuable member of the firm.

Jobaira Nasrin Khan is a Junior Associate at Jafar Khan Associates, bringing a strong academic background and diverse legal experience to the firm. She holds an LLB from BRAC University and an LLM from Eastern University. Further advancing her expertise, she completed a second LLM in International Business Law from BPP University, UK, gaining in-depth knowledge of global corporate and commercial legal frameworks.

Jobaira Nasrin Khan is an apprentice lawyer at the Dhaka District Judge Court, where she has experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy. Her work involves assisting in complex legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic counsel to clients across various practice areas.

Robiul Islam is a dedicated Support Assistant at Jafar Khan Associates, where he has been an integral part of the chamber’s administrative and operational team since 2012. With over a decade of continuous service, he has developed strong expertise in office administration, client coordination, document management, and assisting lawyers in day-to-day chamber activities.

Robiul plays a key role in maintaining organised filing systems, managing case documents, and ensuring the smooth logistical functioning of the chamber. He completed his Secondary School Certificate (Business Studies) in 2012 and Higher Secondary Certificate (Arts) in 2014 under the Dhaka Board. Robiul is committed to continuous improvement and approaches every task with sincerity and dedication.

Md. Golam Kibria Shohel, is a committed Support Assistant at Jafar Khan Associates, where he has been serving since 2019. With several years of experience in chamber administration, he provides essential operational support that ensures the smooth functioning of daily legal and office activities.

He is responsible for maintaining organised case files, assisting with document handling, coordinating internal communication, and supporting lawyers and staff with various administrative needs. His disciplined approach, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility have made him a dependable and valued member of the chamber’s support team.

Shohel completed both his Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary Certificate in the Science discipline under the Rajshahi Board. His educational background, combined with his practical experience, enables him to work efficiently and adapt to the fast-paced environment of legal practice.
